[Solved] Can we put markings on the cell

Hi ,   I am trying our samples we are on the process of evaluating Telerik controls for our project. 
We needed clock markings as i have shown in the attached jpeg. Is Telerik grid cell modifiable to show these markings.
Or Do I need to use anyother controls. Please suggest.
