how can we create radchart with custom  line series definition.

 

here i have attached a image for cutom chart.team please let me know ..

 

weather is it possible to create a chart like this..i have looked in many controls like rad

 

timecontrol and tried with http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Chart/ZoomScroll
