Can the map render only the united states

Hello

Is it possible when using the silverlight map to only render the US (not geobounding) using either bing or open street map.  We want to display only the united states and not Mexico, Canada, ect.

Unfortunately it is not possible to implement this using Bing or Open Street map providers.
