Can't see Silverlight Components tab under Choose toolbox items.

I installed Silverlight but Can't see Silverlight Components tab in Visual Studio 2008.  I followed the steps from based on this link.

As per this link, I did steps 1-4. But Step# 5 I do not see Silverlight Components tab under Choose toolbox items.  
The only Tabs I have under Choose toolbox items are 1) .Net Framework Components 2) Com Components 3) WPF Components 4) Activities.

But according to above link I should see also Silverlight Components tab. This is the first time I am trying to use Telerik Silverlight.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Have you installed the Silverlight Tools?
