I finally figured out that I had to add the new Silverlight tools to the toolbox in VS2008 manually but for some reason when I place a radupload control on the xaml file, it does not show in design so then I downloaded blend 2 and got it running and tried to add a radupload to the design surface and got an error.
"Could not load file or assembly blah blah blah ... Version=2008.3.1001.0 blah blah blah or one of it's dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
I am very new to these controls but I did manage to manually get the radupload working in another project manually. Now I want to try to make this more efficient with the new controls that were just released so I want to use blend. But I can't get the radupload on the design surface. I did add the controls to the asset library but now I get the error above, Right now I want to work with the look and feel of the control because the out-of-the-box radupload I have has light grey background with white text so it is hard to read. How do I change the look-and-feel?
What's going on? Are there any really good tutorials that can help or can you answer my questions. I need some clear direction as to what I am doing wrong.
