Hi
I am having same issue. I am using OpenStreetMapProvider and it is working fine with trial version but shows blank page with version 2013.2.724.1050.
Please help..

Hello ,
Are you using NO-XAML binaries? If it is so then you should add theme DLLs to your application as described here.
