Hi Ratnikov,
Thank you for your interest in our RadTimeBar control.
The control does not support adding an additional selection thumb. The selection underneath is implemented for one selection thumb, and I can't suggest you a suitable workaround. However, what you could try is to place custom control inside the Content property of the RadTimeBar to visualize/mark or point some essential data. The Getting Started -> Hosting Another Control section is what I am referring to.
