Similar to this link --> http://www.telerik.com/forums/cannot-upgrade-control-panel

I also am trying to update to the latest version of Telerik Control Panel, but cannot due to the file 'Telerik.CommonInstaller.ControlPanel_2017_3_0814_1.msi' missing in my Telerik/Installer/Downloads folder.  Might any of the admins have a zipped version of that file?  I'll need that to remove my old 2017_3_0814; if not, is there a link that i can download that MSI file directly?

Thanks,

Drew

Hi Vesko,

That worked!!! Control Panel runs and i'm able to update the Panel and a few Telerik Programs.

Unfortunately when trying to update "JustMock R3 2017" and "JustDecompile_2016_3_1003_0_Free", those are also requesting the MSI installation files (that appear to be missing from the same Installer/Downloads folder).  It said it is sending out an error report, but might you also have those old version zipped MSI files as well?

Thanks for all the help again!

Drew

Hi Drew,

Yes. You have access to those files in your account downloads page. After you choose a product from that page you will notice a version selector. By default you see the files from the latest version that you are licensed for.
