Hello,
Everything was going ok with the hotfix until at some time opened Graphite but no right panel of project navigator, so no files or icons to click and open files.
Going to try via Mist.
P.D. Mist works OK. There is project navigator for opening project files.

*** UPDATE***
Uninstalled Graphite, re-installed and works ok now. It shows project navigator. However, for a few minutes it didn't provided code completion.
It might be just a slow internet connection, but will keep an eye on this.
