I'm having a problem with Graphite on one of my machines where I can't get it to log out.  I had to create a new account and when I logout and try to login again as the new user it just automatically logs me back in with my old account.  I've uninstalled Graphite and have deleted every Telerik directory I can find in my user directory but still can't get the app to prompt me to login as someone else.

To try and stop Graphite from logging in with credentials that are apparently cached somewhere I changed the password for the account that keeps logging in and for some reason this doesn't even work.  How is this possible?  Would be really nice to get some advice on this.

Hi Scott,

Which identity do you use to login to Graphite? Can you verify that you are logged out of it first e.g. if you use Google identity, open Internet Explorer and make sure you're logged out of Gmail. Then restart Graphite and try again. If that does not help, please navigate to %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\ folder and delete the IceCookie.bin and try to log-in again.

If the above does not make any difference (it should), we would need session logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it before selecting Log In and save the HTTP requests to disk. Then zip them and attach them to a support ticket or free file sharing server and provide the link here.

Okay didn't realize it was using web browser cookies.  I am using the Telerik identity provider and still had my old account logged in on my web browser so I logged out and now it prompts me to enter credentials.
