Andriod - make sure that you have the correct device drivers installed. Look here for more device driver guidance.

Hello Eric,
We cannot reproduce the problem on our end, all links under Devices tab work correctly, maybe it was some temporary connectivity issue? Can you try again and see whether it works now? If you're having problems recognizing an Android device, please refer to your other thread "No device found" for things to check.

www.icenium.comresources is still not working ,but it doesn't matter now. I got the Andriod phone working now. thanks!
