Hi Mike,
Sorry for experiencing issues using TeamPulse.
Unfortunately we could not reproduce this issue locally. As the Silverlight version of TeamPulse is no longer supported, I would recommend you to upgrade you TeamPulse and use the HTML5 interface where this issue should not appear.
