calendar plugin IOS7 - not responding

I am using the calendar plugin to interact with native calendar of phone.

In order to test this plugin I clicked the "Try Plugin in Appbuilder" link which created the project for me.

I deployed to an android phone and was able to successfully use the demo.

However on an iPhone 5, ios7 when clicking on the links no message appears (success or failure) and the button stays highlighted. I am running the app in the appbuilder app.

Has anyone successfully implemented this plugin on ios?

Hi Ravi - Custom Cordova plugins such as this only work on the real devices. They don't work in the simulator nor do they work in the AppBuilder Companion Apps. If you deploy to a physical device it will work fine though.

Hi Ravi,

Just as Rob has noted, custom Cordova plugins do not work when you run the application vie the AppBuilder Companion App. This is also said here.

To test it on your side, you will need to run the application on remote device or on a connected one.

Cheers for the reply fellas. I was using the dhtmlx schedule plugin but I have now moved to the Telerik plugin and like you said the plugin works on the actual handset.
