I'm getting some weird behavior from a calendar with custom inline events. If I have multiple items on different days in , if I select one event the inline event shows as it's supposed too. If I select a different event in that same week row, the inline event shows as a grey space

Hi Jon,
This was a known issue and has been fixed. It will be available in the R1 2017 release, coming this month.
You can get it now by downloading the R1 2017 Beta from the products page (select the "Beta" tab, see attached screenshot) or by using the Telerik Nuget server. (Note: you need a valid license in order to download betas and hotfixes).
I have attached a small app to confirm the issue has been resolved. Make sure you've got R1 2017 installed before building it as it needs access to the following path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\UI for Xamarin R1 2017\Binaries\Android\
