Buttonchrome and theming

Hi ,i just want to change the themes of Radbuttons in Blend,so i decided to customize built-in themes of Telerik,but my problem is :
I don't really get what all of these property names' mean? ControlBackground_Active_Stop0,1,2 etc..(it doesn't change when i'm changing background property and i'm really confused all of those!)
i've also looked states for button but still couldn't succeed to change them.(i edited current template of button,on states panel i couldn't see the button's actual states: normal,mouseover,pressed,disabled..etc.)
 Need to customize button's border,background,mouse over state..
