Hi Gaurav,
In our online domes the described control is a custom progress bar but it is possible to customize the way BusyIndicator looks to achieve the desired look. You can read our online documentation about Styling the RadProgressBar for more information on how to customize the look of the control.
You can read this help article that describes the IsIndeterminate property of the control, and this help article that describes how the Report Progress Value works.
