Hello,
A friend of mine is porting an app over to Icenium. However this app is already published using other app building platform where the bundle id was generated automatically using his account email. Problem is this Bundle name is a little long and doesn't fits inside the field Graphite provides for this.
On the other hand I'm writing this in his behalf 'cause he didn't receive his activation email at register-time and can't post in the forums. What can he do about this?

Hello Alfredo,
You should provide me with the email he used during registration, so we can check whether that email is in our system, if not he should go through the registration process again.
About the Bundle ID, the input in Graphite allows 50 characters and quite frankly your friend is the first one to have the need for bigger ID. Still this can be done by manually settings the bundle ID. For more information refer to the following forum thread.
