We are setting up a new build environment.
Can we use Telerik along side with NET Framekwork SDK + MS build without Visual Studio 2010 in that machine?
This will be a virtual machine in my computer that will only be used for builds.

Yes, you can. Our license policy is developer based, so you can freely use the controls on your build (virtual) machine.
