Build 2009.3.1219 problem

I downloaded latest internal build for Silverlight 3 (00370RadControls_for_Silverlight_2009_3_1219_Dev.zip) and upgraded libraries from 2009.3.1208 to 2009.3.1219 and now RadOutlookBar throws null reference exception from the constructor.

RadOutlookBar bar = new RadOutlookBar();

throws

Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
