I was unable to reproduce the problem with a simple application, probably your scenario is different. Could you please, open a new support ticket and send us a sample application that can be used to observe the problem, and we will reply with a solution immediately.

Hello,
I experienced the same problem after upgrading to the Telerik 2010_2_0827 version. Is there already a solution available for this problem?
