Hello...
I think this is a bug...
When you have a grid with the "Selectable" attribute, and there are no records to display... the "No records to display" row is still selectable and it fires the OnSelect event... that makes my app crash since there's no entity attached to this row....
Is this really a bug or it's working as intended? If so, provide me a way to avoid crashing in this situation..

I confirm this is a bug and will be include in next official release of ASP.NET MVC components.
