[Solved] Bug? moving template column

Hello,

i know that template columns are not sortable and not filterable. But when i try to move the template column i get an runtime error from jscript (telerik.draganddrop.min.js).

I think the user who is trying to move a template column shouldn't a runtime error.

Is it posible to hide this error?

Hi Tim,

I'm having the same problem. I have a template column. When I accidentally tried to drag it I got an error in g.dragCue in telerik.draganddrop.min.js.  I can't find a way to disable grouping per column. I thought that this was supported, but by looking at the documentation once more I see that perhaps I confused it with the ability to have grouping by default(initially). I'm using 2010 Q3 are you using the same version? May be it is something new, because I do not see anyone else in the forum having the same issue.

Hi Stanislav,

i'm using 2010 Q3 too.

Not allowing grouping for the grid will disable this "error". But thats not a real solution for our problem.

Hi,

There was a problem with template columns when both grouping and reordering were enabled. I am attaching a hotfix build which should address this issue.
