Dear Teleriks,
in RTL mode(as i tested) If the first column set to be hidden, then the selected cell disappers when moving from the first visible column to right( bt right arrow key).
Also let me know how to set the focus to the first cell on page load

Hello Mahmoud,
I am afraid that I cannot reproduce described behavior with Q2 2011 release of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. Could you please try with Q2 2011 version and see whether it is still reproducible.
In order to focus the grid on load you can handle OnDataBound client event and call the following script within the handler.

Just a quick follow up: I was able to replicate the issue with the hidden columns. Fix will be available in next internal build.
