I believe this is a bug.
I am using 2 list box in my many interface. It works fine. I can drag and drop from and to anywhere as planned.
I have Rad Window in few interfaces as well. I have noticed that once I open Window, DragAndDrop control changes it's behavior.
It doesn't matter what window has. Even nothing inside window is creating this problem.
Before Opening Window:
I can drag an item and drop anywhere on listbox.
After Opening Window:
Sometime I can drag and drop only on the Half of listbox (Left Side). I can see this because orange border of list box is highlighted.
Sometime I drag and drop and gives an error ( Value doesn't fall in range, error comes from Drag Drop manager )
Admin, can you please give me some more idea here. As I am using this control everywhere and I have doubt of this control now.

Hello ankit,
This was an issue with older versions of the control.
I tested it with the 2008.3 1217 version and it is working as expected there.
Can you confirm that you are using the 1217 version (released on 17th Dec)?
If you are using the latest version and you still have this issue, then I will need more details or a sample project to look into the problem.

I noticed that when I put WindowStartupLocation="CenterScreen" on the RADWINDOW, this error occured.
But, new dll has fixed this.
I would recommend that in place of saying Q3 Released on 19th December, also say sub version under that like 2008.3 1217
So, we can see that after releasing main version you also have released fixes. Because, unless I go and see download each time, I don't have one click way to see that are there any updates. This is just suggestion.
