Hello Yelong,
Actually, we had this problem with all controls that used Popup. With Beta 2 release we have implemented a RadPopupManager that arranges all popups so that you won't have any problems using RadWindow with any other control that uses Popup such as Menu or DatePicker. The Beta 2 release should be launched by the end of the week.
