Is it possible to set a TopVisibleItem RadDataBoundListBox (or RadJumpList) I need to display the item found at the top. BringIntoView also shows it at the bottom

pseudo code:
DataBoundListBox.TopVisibleItem = item

or

DataBoundListBox.BringIntoView(item, View.Top)
how this can be achieved?

Hello Ruslan,

Thanks for writing and for your question.

Currently the BringIntoView logic calculates the shortest route to bringing the item in question into the viewport which might not always position it at the top of the list.

We can consider extending the BringIntoView api to allow custimizing for the next major release since this question has been asked previously by our customers.

Let me know if you have further questions or need assistance.

 we are working on it, so it is in progress and will be available very soon as an official build. If you need it earlier please write a support ticket.

Hi,

Any news here? Same issue: i'd like to save/load state of the list (current position of viewport) after rebuilding of the list.
Is it possible just to add BottomVisibleItem?

Hello Vitalii,

This feature is not yet available. We are going to put it in our priority list for the next release in early 2014. If this is too late for you, write back and we will give you more detailed steps on achieving this behaviour with the current version of the controls.
