Blood Pressure Chart with RadChart for Silverlight Using Telerik 2010 controls

Hi.

Can anybody help me.how to develop the

Blood Pressure Chart with RadChart for Silverlight using telerik 2010 dll.

i am able to doing in 2011 telerik dll(trail version) with reference of this example

it not working in 2010 radchar.because there is no RangeBarSeriesDefinition.

Is there any other way to get this chart.
