Hi Sinisa,
The current version of Blend does not support directly editing control templates. Unfortunately there is nothing on our side that we can do to change that.
Of course, we try to make editing the templates as easy as possible.
The Blend project will be updated next week, you will be able to download it just like the old one.
Tell us if you need a control template quickly. Alternatively you can use Reflector to see the assembly resources and get the templates from there.
I am sorry for the delay with the templates project, hopefully this is not impeding your work.

Hello Amir;
If you already have an account with Telerik, you should be able to see all the latest download in your account, download section!
