[Solved] Blank pages when printing, only affects some customers

Hi,

 We use the RadRichTextBox for textediting in our  software, it's possible for our users to create letters and use mergefields. 

 Everything works fine, except for printing, but only a few of our users are having problems with it. Whenever they try to print anything using the Telerik RadRichTextBox control the printer prints a blank page. When I try and print the same letter they print, everything works fine for me.

 

We're using version 2014.1.224.1050 of the Telerik RadControls. 

The user that's having trouble is using a HP Laserjet pro 400 color mfp m475dw.

 Is this a known issue? Is there anything we can do about it? Will you need more information on this issue?

Hello Ronald,

Vector Silverlight printing requires printer and printer driver to support PostScript. I guess that finding suitable driver that supports PostScript would help - in some cases just upgrading the driver to the most recent version would work.
