Bind pictures to the MediaPlayer

Is it possible to bind a picture to the MediaPlayer?
Binding more thand one picture and having a slideshow would be nice, too.

Don't know how to do that.

If I bind only a picture than I get an error on playing the media...
Pressing play should not be allowed.

According to http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/media-player/failed-to-open-media.aspx:
If it is just a wrapper than, there is probably no way to do this. Am I right?
But it would be a nice feature for me, if it behaves like the WindowsMediaPlayer if there are pictures bound.

Hi prog1,

You can't bind many pictures to the RadMediaPlayer, but you can bind a so called "Poster Image" - this is an image to be shown before the actual video is played.
Just to mention, for this picture, you need to bind to PosterImageSource property of the MediaItem, not the Source itself.

Hi Miro,

thank you, but I already tried this solution.
Unfortunatly there's the big play button in front of the picture ;-)
So I will do it with the image control, was just an experiment.

Do you think the slideshow would be a feature for future releases?
