We have a few users that can't drag and drop to prioritize the backlog.  This includes our Product Owner.  I tried making her a Server Admin, no change.  Drag and drop does not activate for her, looking at the same view as myself.  I also tried to have her create her own personal view and she can't drag/drop.
No errors appear, it just doesn't work.  Fails for her in IE 10 and Chrome.

Nothing looks out of the ordinary in her profile and yes she is a licensed user.

Hello John,

Would it be possible to check whether she is added to the project as a Project Administrator, Team Member or Guest. Note that only Project Administrators have permission to prioritize work items in TeamPulse. Here is an article on the difference between these roles: http://docs.telerik.com/teampulse/faq/projects#difference_between_project_admin_team_member_and_guest

If this is not the case, please, send us screencast, so we can see the exact steps to reproduce this issue.

Thank you.  When I add her as Project Admin, she can prioritize.

However, Project Admin gives her many more rights than I would like, including deleting the project.  It would be nice if we could have additional roles that are not so wide open.

Hi John,

In this case, you can create a custom role for this project that includes all permissions Team Members have + a permission to prioritize. To do so you need to:

1. Open the project settings in the old (silverlight) version: http://gyazo.com/25c70329c461022ae86821a3194b9595

2. Go to Permission Groups and create a new group with the desired permissions: http://gyazo.com/4c9943ff490205322c6146536f075c52

3. Then change her role to the custom one you just created: http://gyazo.com/a6bb42056fc9ff80fa96e2b1df2a5614

Do not hesitate to contact us again if you need any further assistance.
