Hi
Can Flash applications can be automated using Web UI Test.Will it support testing of embedded flash application.

Hello Pavan Neti,
WebUI Test Studio does not have Flash application support. The best you could do is to perform blind mouse clicks and keystrokes.
We would be interested to hear what you are doing with Flash or what your plans are to do with it.

Thanks for reply.
As u suggested the Key strokes and mouse clicks, that way it does not work.Can we recording flash application w.r.t objects using this tool?
I want a tool using by which functional testing of flash applications can be done easily.

Hi Pavan,
As Cody mentioned, WebUI Test Studio does not have Flash object translators. We are considering adding support for Flash in a future version of the product and appreciate your feedback on this.
However, with the current version of WebUI, the type of precision automation and verification testing you would have for html, Ajax, Rad, and now Silverlight controls in WebUI 2.0, are currently not available for Flash.
Please check back with us a we are constantly looking to improve the product via customer feedback.
