We are looking at migrating from one of your competitors to TeamPulse. One thing that TeamPulse seems to be missing is the ability to automatically create new iterations. If I set 7 days as the default iteration for an iteration shouldn't teampulse automatically create a new iteration every 7 days and move unfinished items into it? It doesn't seem to do this.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for interesting at TeamPulse.

We can split your request into two.
About the automatic creation of iterations, I've added an item in our Feedback Portal, so you can vote for it.
As for the other request - moving all unfinished items into the new iteration, the most similar request we have had is this. We believe that moving items between iterations should not happen automatically and should be conscious decision. We encourage people to take time and discuss what was finished and what is left to be done in the new iteration.

If you have any other questions do not hesitate to contact us.

"We encourage people to take time and discuss what was finished and what is left to be done in the new iteration."

This can still happen. It just saves the tedious work of having to either copy or move items every week. When planning the new iteration we do review the items that automatically carried over from the previous iteration. You can even make it optional so that those who prefer not make use of it don't have to.

This is one of our favorite features in our current software. Our current software even puts a small number beside items that were carried over so that you know they were carried over and if carried over for multiple iterations it shows that too.

Please reconsider.
