AutoComplete in Grid..

Hi,
        I want to use autocomplete combobox within my telerik grid. I have tried it but i m not getting success, in my project i have one viewuser control in that i have definition for autocomplete but in edit and create template of telerik grid it is not working.. If any one has a solution for it do reply me asap..

hi Dhaval,

I also have the same problem. I expected that It should work in new release (2010.2.825) because in this new release Grid hierarchy is supported with ajax binding, unfortunately I didn't get success with it yet. I am trying to call auto-complete text box in edit and create form but it give me the jQuery function error ( please find attached screen-shot ).

It seems it is not supported in Grid, is it? or I think feature request should be generated if it is not there.

Hi Dhaval,

solved my problem. I included combobox and list javascript files and it worked. Though I have not tested with Ajax binding.

Where did you add the list & combobox script?

Can you post some example code?

After I added into ScriptRegistrar on site.master page, I got java script undefined error.

I have not tested it for neither auto-complete nor for ajax binding.

Please see the example. Please note that insert, edit wont work because it's purely to give the demo of AutoComplete in grid.
