Hi, Is it possible please to close the DateTime Picker after single clicking the Time side of the control but to leave the DateTime Picker open when the date is single clicked.

Thanks

Steven

Hi Steven,

There is no built in option in the control that can help you. See the attached app as a workaround of the case.

Are you guys planning on adding a property to close the drop down when time or date is selected?
The property could have a number of settings....

- RemainOpenOnAllSelections
- CloseWhenDateOrTimeSelected
- CloseWhenDateSelected
- CloseWhenTimeSelected

You also need to add a Goto Today button to this control. Most DateTime pickers have this. Should be easy to add.

Thanks
Simon

Hello,

We will consider implementing such features into the RadDateTimePicker. For now there is an easy workaround to achieve the close behavior. You can read more about it into this thread.

All the best,
