The DataForm is great if the data suits the standard controls in the form, but I also make significant use of lookup tables in Comboboxes, as well as CheckBoxes and Radio Buttons. Does anyone have any examples of incorporating these into the DataForm.

I am not sure whether I understand your exact requirement, however, the RadDataForm supports custom editors. You can have a look at the DataForm/CustomEditor example in the application which is shipped with your local UI for UWP installation.
