[Solved] ASP.NET MVC menu not displaying inside a DIV tag.

I have a menu inside a div tag, and anoher Div tag for the main content.  When I click the menu,  the menu items are cutoff,  by the Main content div I believe.  I have tried changing the z-index.  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.
