[Solved] ASP.NET MVC Grid - missing pager icons

I just getting going with an evaluation of the ASP.NET MVC on my own project.
I have working code displaying the Grid, but the pager control is missing the icons (.e.g. t-arrow-first, etc..) shows the text

I can't seem to figure pull in the fwd/back icon images. Can anyone shed some light on this, it must be something dumb I'm not doing.

Hi Kenny,
       Have you resolved this issue? I ran into the same issue, all the icons are missing on all Telerik controls.
