I am using Telerik Version 2011.2.920.1040 and we are having an issue where Mac users with updated OSes (having both Silverlight 4 and 5 plugins installed) run into an issue when they encounter the RadTreeListView we are getting an error and its crashing on us. On Windows this has never been an issue. We have noticed other silverlight issues on Mac but the only difference for this particular error (which is the only one that crashes) and the other similar screens that don't crash is this control.

Does anyone know if there is an issue with this?

I will be attempting to see if updating telerik and silverlight help on monday.

Hello,

We've not received any error reports related to RadTreeListView and Mac. Can you post more info about the error?

I am also getting plugin failures on a Mac with SL5 related to tree views.

However - I have one tree control that exhibits the problem and another that doesn't.

The problem only appears when hovering over the tree control and scrolling by mousewheel.

Suspect it may have something to do with the custom style and how it was designed.

Any suggestions?

Hi Kenneth,

Can you please elaborate on the issue - what exactly appears while hovering with the mouse and what is the issue with the scrolling? Also as you said that only one of two controls have issues, I was wondering if you've applied a custom styling to the problematic control. Also in what browser have you tested your application.

If you can send us this information and a sample project, we will be able to further investigate the issues and its cause.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
