Are the telerik Windows Phone Controls available for free?

Hello vinay,

RadControls for WP7 are not free. The initial CTP and Beta bits are available for free, but once the suite is official they will be paid. Please note that a Trial version is also available so you have a time to decide whether the controls will be suitable for you.

Further question - is this separate from the Windows Forms controls?  i.e.: if you have a license for the WIndows Forms controls will you need to purchase an additional license for the WIndows Phone 7 controls.  I assume so, just thought I would check :)

Hi Justin,

If you have license for the WinForm controls only you will need a separate license. WP7 controls are a separate product.

If you have the PremiumCollection - you will not need additional license for the WP7 controls - e.g. they will be part from the PremiumCollection once they are official.
