Applying telerik theme to pages - UserControl

WHat is the recommended way to apply built-in theme on pages used in Navigation application? Since these are UserControls, they are not telerik controls. Using StyleManager.SetTheme is not so helpfull.

Also, I notices that you have MetroColors class that we can use to modify current color scheme, but also to use existing color scheme to set color schemes for non telerik controls. What about other themes?
