I tried to improve the download size of XAP by changing project properties to "Reduce XAP size by using application library caching" but i'm having some problems with RichTextEditor:
- no dialogs appear
- Attempting to save as pdf or docx results in an "Unknown format" error
- All words are underlined as if they are mis-spelled

After throwing that in a helper function and calling it before InitializeComponent, it worked great. Thanks for the helpful documentation.
