I have been paying for an ongoing, auto-renewing subscription for months.  My telerik account says I am paid through Sept. 4th.  I received an email from you guys saying you took my money for the subscription for this month.  However, today when I tried to open AppBuilder and work on my projects, it said I needed to renew my subscription.  Now when I try to open AppBuilder, shows a "Telerik Platform Login" page, asks me to choose "1) In the browser" or "2) On the desktop".  Neither work.  Clicking the "2) On the desktop" shows a blank white page.  Also, when I try to open the browser version I get "500 - Looks Like We Broke Something".

I'd like to submit a ticket for this but I don't want to waste the 1 ticket a month that you give me on this when it is clearly a problem on your side.  This is ridiculous.

I tried to call them via their Skype number (telerik.phone.assistance - http://www.telerik.com/account/phone-assistance.aspx) but they didn't answer.  I left them a chat message.

Now, when I open AppBuilder, the normal menu page opens up.  However, "My Projects" is not open as it usually would be.  When I click on the "My projects" menu item, the "Loading" spinning icon shows up but never loads my projects.

Also, according to the graphs here http://status.telerik.com/, it looks like "Telerik Backend API Services" and "Telerik AppManager" are completely down.  Strangely, directly above the graphs in the "Services" section it says that both are "Operational."

I'm seeing the same issue from the visual studio extension. First it told me my subscription had expired, relaunching VS and logging in gave the same screen Geovanni posted. I'm not able to take any actions that require a subscription. My customers are expecting a new build today, and they aren't going to be happy about the delay.

Not exactly the most "enterprise: ready " platform :) - Also did someone mention a monthly subscription? I had thoought the only option was yearly @ $948!

Wow, this is becoming a joke.
Between new issues with every update to system failures in general...I'm thinking it's time to move along

It's still down for me, I've pretty much lost a day's development. Has anyone figured out a way around it?

And it's back now. It'd be good to hear from Telerik on what went wrong. And it's bad that one problem on their web server can cause everyone's coding to stop.

Hi,

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.

There was a temporary outage of the Telerik Platform services which was causing the reported behavior for a subset of our customers as reported on our status page here. The Telerik team has been able to identify the issue and stabilize the environment. If the problem persists, please, clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. Should you experience any other unexpected downtime, don't hesitate to let us know.

Thank you for the patience and understanding.

Regards,
Zdravko

Oddly this appears to be a canned response - same as the response in the support ticket. I'm not sure how to justify the upfront cost of this product rivaling established off the shelf solutions that have far greater reliability when you experience so many issues?

Hi Zach,

My apologies for the downtime of Appbuilder. We do have a system status page here you can always check on.

We also have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that allows you money back if our service is down for specific amounts of times.

Regards,
Joseph

Hi,

From today I facing the issue where I can't able to publish the app on app store. I have the Active subscription but still get the error as below :

" AppBuilder Subscription Expiration: 'Cannot complete the requested operation because your subscription has expired. Do you want to renew your subscription?' ".

I unable to build an app or simulate, can't able to do any thing on my Visual Studio. Please help ASAP...

Hello CETAS,

I have addressed the issue that you experience in the separate support ticket that you have opened. I suggest we keep the discussion there as this will ensure a more focused conversation and reduce the possibility of miscommunication.

I hope this is acceptable.

Garo
