App reverts to older version

I have an app that when my users update, after they close out of the application it reverts back to the previous version. Here is what I'm doing and what the results are. Let me know of any ideas on how to fix this.

1. I build the application for iOS as an app package. I then give the url to my users.
2. The user installs the application and sees version .18.
3. I make changes and upgrade the version to .19.
4. I build the application again for iOS as an app package.
5. The user uses the 3 finger update to get the latest version. The latest version downloads and they see .19.
6. The user closes the application.
7. The user opens the application again and sees version .18.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi Jeff,

What you are experiencing, unfortunately, is a known issue documented in our list of Known Issues here. The workaround is to immediately refresh after relaunching the app to get the lost changes. We are working on providing a fix as soon as possible, hopefully in our next release of AppBuilder.
