Great! How can I apply my custom skin? I think that customization is not available via your online Style Builder.

Also, couldn't find "Split" buttons in the article (similar to http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/button/examples/splitbutton/defaultcs.aspx).

Those are for the AJAX library and totally independant from the MVC library.
For myself, I tried once to use those MVC buttons but I could not make them display correctly with buttons of type Submit

Buttons would be a great addition to the MVC Extensions. Yes we have a few buttons style that we can use but not as complete as the Ajax version.
