Annotating images?

I have a need in my application to allow users to annotate images (basically drawing on top of an image to call attention to something in the image).  I am accomplishing this now using SkiaSharp, however I am wondering if this is something that is possible or is on the roadmap for the ImageEditor control?

Thank you for your interest in Telerik UI for Xamarin ImageEditor control.

Regarding to the annotations in ImageEditor control - this is in our to-do list, as currently, the control does not provide such functionality. We have a feature request logged in our Feedback portal. You can follow and vote for it at the following link: https://feedback.telerik.com/xamarin/1412310-image-drawing-annotation. I can assure you that we keep an eye on this item and will schedule it if there is a demand.

Also please share/describe in the Feedback item what type of annotations could be added to the ImageEditor features set. For example:
- freehand drawing, adding text, shapes(rectangle, ellipse, circle).
