The adb.exe in AppData\Local\Temp\Adb is old and show the devices as offline
There are no update of usb driver for Nexus 7
I tried to  use the adb.exe in the updated AndroidSdk and it works.

However if i manually copy the 3 files from AndroidSdk to Temp\Adb seems they sometimes get overwrited from old version.
What is best practice about this topic?

Hi Mauro,

Are you experiencing this issue ? http://androidforums.com/nexus-7-all-things-root/688826-why-adb-says-offline.html

I have just installed our latest release and Nexus 7 is displayed in the ADB we ship but it says "offline".

We are going to update ADB we are using, currently its version is 1.0.29, but there is newer version 1.0.31.

On startup Graphite tries to delete the version in the temp folder and unpack what is embedded in the binary. This is in case we update ADB. As a temporary workaround  What you can do is manually start it BEFORE starting Graphite. In this way Graphite cannot delete it because it is already running. Maybe a simple bat file will do the job.

With version 1.0.31 of ADB a dialog shows on Nexus 7 to allow USB connection.

I hope this helps. In our next release Graphite will ship with latest ADB.

All the best,
