We are writing an custom android APP that requires Bluetooth to be enabled at boot-up. We are not able to enable it without user intervention. I require your help to solve this issue.

This StackOverflow thread may answer your question. However, the APIs mentioned are not exposed in Cordova, nor in any of the plugins Icenium supports.
