Allow restored items to have a fixed size and be wrapped in a scrollviewer

Hello!

I am very interested in a functionality described in the Public Issue Tracking System:
Issue ID 327 - TileView: allow restored items to have a fixed size and be wrapped in a scrollviewer

Are there any intends to implement such a feature?
Is there a schedule for this?
