Sorry for the wrong subject line. I was trying to write for something which worked later.
I have a page where in I have a button which opens a Telerix Ajax window. That popup window has a partial view which has a grid in it.
Issue: Im not able to ajax bind the this grid. It doesn't fire the ajax controller methods. If I embed that grid in the window view it works fine.
I want to use partial view (grid) to make it reusable.

Hello Kiran,
For convenience I attached a sample project which has a Gird inside a Window loaded with Ajax. Could you please check it and see if you have missed something on your side.
